How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service once receiving the product and we will be glad to assist you.
What is your return policy?
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
- Item(s) must be returned accompanied by this return form. Missing fields will result in delay of processing your return.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE: (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted) formal dresses/gowns, clearance items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie and swimwear.
-Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without a protective cardboard box, we will not be able to accept the return. 
-Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Hot Miami Styles.
-Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs for exchanges, fill out credit card information in the form.
-Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
-Store Credit is valid only at

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days once we have received your returned package.

You must return your order along with a return form.
When will my order ship?
  All orders leave our facility within 1-4 business days, excluding Express mail which is processed within one business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information.
